**Role** You will run the store as your own business. You own the sales target, the team, the stock and the customer experience, and you are accountable for the numbers every week. **Salary:** ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month plus sales incentive **Location:** Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden, New Delhi **Timings:** Mall hours, rotational weekly off on a weekday **What you will do** *Sales* * Deliver the monthly store target and drive conversion, bill value and pieces per bill * Set daily and weekly targets for each team member and review them every day * Build a client book for the store and run follow\-ups on new arrivals and occasions * Push Google reviews and loyalty capture on every eligible bill *Team* * Manage and roster the store team, including attendance and weekly offs * Train the team on product, styling and selling, and coach low performers * Support hiring and onboarding for the store *Operations and reporting* * Send daily sales, weekly global stock count and all requested reports on time * Manage stock receiving, replenishment requests, inter\-store transfers and returns * Ensure billing, cash, exchanges, returns and credit notes follow company policy * Control shrinkage and ensure the store passes stock audits * Keep VM to brand standard in line with the VM team's guidelines *Store* * Maintain the store's look, cleanliness and customer experience at all times * Handle customer escalations on the floor * Coordinate with mall management on compliance, events and footfall activity **Who we are looking for** * 5 to 8 years in fashion retail, with at least 2 years as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager at a clothing label * Womenswear experience strongly preferred * A track record of hitting store targets, with numbers you can discuss in the interview * Experience leading a team and handling rosters, attendance and training * Comfortable with email, Excel and a retail billing system * Available to work weekends and festive peaks **Why join** * Fixed salary plus sales incentive * Direct exposure to leadership and a growing store network * Growth path to Cluster Manager **To apply:** WhatsApp your CV to 9999577772 with "SM Pacific" in the message.
