We are committed to delivering high\-quality products aligned with global automotive standards. **Role Overview** We are looking for an experienced **Quality Control Manager** to lead quality operations, ensure compliance with automotive standards, and drive continuous improvement across production processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement **quality control systems \& processes** * Ensure compliance with **automotive quality standards (IATF 16949\)** * Handle **customer complaints and root cause analysis (8D, CAPA)** * Monitor **incoming, in\-process, and final inspection activities** * Lead **internal audits and coordinate external audits** * Manage **quality documentation and reporting to management** * Drive **continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, Poke\-Yoke)** * Coordinate with production and supplier teams for **quality improvement** **Requirements** * B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering * 7\+ years of experience in **automotive quality control** * Strong knowledge of **IATF 16949, ISO standards** * Hands\-on experience in **quality tools (7 QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA)** * Experience in handling **OEM/Tier\-1 quality requirements** * Proficiency in **Excel \& PowerPoint (reporting to management/MD)** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills **Key Skills** Quality Control \| IATF 16949 \| Root Cause Analysis \| 8D \| FMEA \| SPC \| Audit Management \| Automotive Quality Pay: From ₹400,000\.00 per year Benefits: * Food provided * Paid sick time * Paid time off Work Location: In person
