**Job Summary:** We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with a minimum of 6 months of field sales experience to develop new business and manage customer relationships. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and generate new sales opportunities. * Visit potential and existing clients for business development. * Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services. * Conduct product presentations and client meetings. * Conduct regular follow\-ups and convert leads into business. * Achieve assigned sales targets. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of field sales experience is mandatory. * Candidates with previous experience in Insurance Sales, Bank Guarantees, or Surety Bonds will be preferred. * Good communication, negotiation, and client\-handling skills. * Willingness to travel for client meetings.
