**Job Summary:** We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales. **Responsibilities:** * Generate leads through outbound calls and follow\-ups. * Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services. * Conduct product presentations and provide suitable solutions. * Handle customer queries and maintain regular follow\-ups. * Build strong client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets. **Requirements:** * 6\+ months of inside/telesales experience is mandatory. * Candidates with previous experience in Insurance Sales, Bank Guarantees, or Surety Bonds will be preferred. * Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills. * Target\-oriented and customer\-focused approach.
