PROCESS EXECUTIVE – TELE SALES / TELE CALLING (TRAINEE)

Location: Kochi Experience: Freshers / Trainees Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Training: Paid training provided

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic freshers/trainees to join our Tele Sales team. Candidates will receive training in customer communication, lead generation, follow-ups, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and handle inbound customer calls.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers.
• Explain products/services to customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Update customer details in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and listening skills.
• Malayalam & English communication preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confident, positive and target-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and grow in sales.
