**Department:** Supply Chain Operations / Business Applications / IT **Reports To:** Supply Chain Systems Manager / Head of Supply Chain Planning **Duration:** 6 Months\+ Extendible We are seeking an experienced **RELEX F\&R (Forecasting \& Replenishment) Specialist** to lead and optimize our demand planning, replenishment, and inventory management processes. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert on the RELEX platform, bridging the gap between supply chain operations, merchandising, and IT. You will configure, monitor, and fine\-tune forecasting algorithms and automated replenishment parameters to maximize on\-shelf availability, reduce inventory holding costs, and minimize food/product waste. **Key Responsibilities:** **Forecasting \& Demand Planning** * Manage and fine\-tune RELEX baseline forecasting models, seasonal profiles, trend adjustments, and promotional lift predictions. * Monitor forecast accuracy metrics (e.g., WAPE, MAPE, bias) and perform root\-cause analysis on significant variances to adjust parameters. * Collaborate with Commercial and Merchandising teams to incorporate upcoming promotions, events, cannibalization effects, and product lifecycle changes (NPI/delists) into RELEX. **Replenishment \& Inventory Optimization** * Oversee end\-to\-end automated replenishment across distribution centers (DCs) and store networks. * Configure and maintain replenishment rules, order schedules, lead times, safety stocks, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and pack sizes. * Balance inventory levels to meet target customer service levels/availability while optimizing working capital and warehouse capacity. **System Configuration \& Administration** * Build, test, and maintain RELEX configurations, business rules, custom views, exception dashboards, and user access. * Monitor daily integration feeds (batch jobs, sales history, inventory movements, master data) and resolve pipeline or data validation errors in tandem with IT. * Support system release testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and configuration change management. **Stakeholder Collaboration \& Continuous Improvement** * Train and support retail planners, buyers, and operations teams on RELEX workflows and best practices. * Identify manual workarounds and replace them with automated RELEX exceptions, filters, and workflows. * Provide analytical reporting on key supply chain KPIs (waste, availability, inventory turnover, fill rate) to senior leadership. **Qualifications \& Skills** **Required** * **Experience:** 3\+ years of hands\-on experience working directly with the **RELEX Solutions** platform, specifically within **Forecasting \& Replenishment (F\&R)**. * **Domain Knowledge:** Strong understanding of retail/FMCG supply chain planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, and multi\-echelon replenishment. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in configuring RELEX business logic, calculations, and exceptions; strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * **Analytical Skills:** Demonstrated ability to parse large datasets, diagnose planning anomalies, and translate data into actionable planning strategies. **Preferred / Nice\-to\-Have** * Prior experience with grocery, perishable/fresh goods, or fast\-moving consumer goods (FMCG) where waste reduction is critical. * Experience with database querying (SQL) or business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau). * Hands\-on involvement in a full\-lifecycle RELEX implementation or migration.
