JUNIOR ARCHITECT

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and technically strong Junior Architect to join our architecture team. The candidate will work on a diverse range of residential, commercial, hospitality, and other architectural projects, from concept development through detailed execution drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and detailed architectural drawings.
- Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and architectural details.
- Create and develop 3D models using 3ds Max.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Assist in design development and presentation drawings.
- Understand drawings, dimensions, materials, and construction details.
- Make revisions based on design requirements and site conditions.
- Coordinate with senior architects, designers, consultants, and site teams.
- Assist with documentation and drawing submissions.
Required Skills
- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification.
- 0–2 years of professional experience.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
- Working knowledge of 3ds Max is required.
- Understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp / V-Ray / Corona / Photoshop will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
