The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable jewellery products, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist customers professionally in the showroom. * Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budget. * Showcase and explain silver jewellery designs, collections, and product features. * Handle customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, and care. * Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. * Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. * Maintain attractive product displays and ensure jewellery is properly presented. * Assist with billing, stock coordination, and basic inventory activities. * Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and potential purchases. * Maintain a professional and well\-groomed appearance at all times. Requirements * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Previous experience in jewellery, retail, fashion, or luxury sales preferred. * Customer\-oriented and confident personality. * Strong convincing and negotiation skills. * Basic knowledge of silver jewellery is an advantage. * Ability to work towards sales targets. * Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred. * Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
