Job Description: Design, develop, and support scalable MLS solutions within the Paragon platform. Lead technical initiatives, deliver high\-quality software, and collaborate across product, architecture, and engineering teams. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain MLS applications using .NET, C\#, React, and SQL Server. * Design APIs, integrations, and cloud\-based services. * Participate in architecture, code reviews, and technical planning. * Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices. * Optimize performance, reliability, security, and scalability. * Partner with Product, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver customer value. **Knowledge and Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. * 5\+ years of software development experience. * Strong expertise in C\#, .NET/Core, REST APIs, and SQL Server. * Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * Knowledge of Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with MLS platforms and real estate technology. * Knowledge of RESO standards and MLS data integrations. * Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch. * Prior technical leadership or mentoring experience.
