About iOne Group
iOne Group International is a diversified group with businesses in consumer services, hospitality and technology across India and the GCC. Each business serves a different customer, so this role needs one strong group brand and a separate growth plan for each business, including new ventures as they launch.
Key responsibilities
The job has three parts: build the brands, run the marketing, and turn both into measurable sales.
1. Brand promotion
- Own brand guidelines for the group and each business: logo use, colours, tone of voice, visual style.
- Keep every customer touchpoint consistent, online and offline.
- Plan brand launches for new businesses and properties, from pre-launch to opening.
- Build visibility through partnerships, events, creator collaborations and PR.
- Manage online reputation across review sites, app stores and booking platforms.
2. Marketing
- Build a yearly and monthly marketing plan and budget per business; track spend against it.
- Run paid campaigns on Meta and Google with clear targeting and CPL/ROAS tracking.
- Plan and produce content: short videos, photos, posters and copy.
- Run WhatsApp, SMS and email marketing.
- Improve local search visibility and app store presence.
- Run on-ground marketing: community outreach, corporate tie-ups, events and print.
- Manage agencies and freelancers where used.
3. Sales growth
- Set monthly sales targets per business with the Managing Partner and own the plan to hit them.
- Design offers, packages, subscriptions, referral and loyalty programmes.
- Build B2B and partner sales channels.
- Grow direct bookings and direct sales, reducing reliance on third-party platforms.
- Guide field sales staff on leads, follow-up and conversion.
- Track the funnel from lead to repeat customer and fix the weakest step.
4. Reporting and cross-business work
- Send a weekly dashboard per business: leads, sales, revenue, spend, CPL, ROAS, repeat rate.
- Work with the tech team on landing pages, tracking and CRM data.
- Find cross-promotion opportunities between group businesses.
- Track competitors and pricing in each market.
What success looks like (KPIs)
Performance is judged on sales growth per business, not activity. Targets are set with the Managing Partner after the first 30 days.
- Revenue and sales growth against target, per business
- New customers, repeat rate and cost per acquisition
- Occupancy and direct-booking share for hospitality businesses
- ROAS and marketing spend against budget
- Ratings and review scores across platforms
First 90 days
- Days 1–30: audit each business's brand, channels and numbers; set a baseline.
- Days 31–60: present a marketing and sales plan per business with targets and budget; launch quick wins.
- Days 61–90: campaigns running in every business and a weekly dashboard live.
Requirements
Must have
- 4–7 years in marketing, brand or growth roles, with at least 2 years owning sales targets.
- Proven results running Meta and Google Ads with your own CPL/ROAS numbers to show.
- Experience marketing a local consumer service (consumer services, hospitality, retail or similar).
- Comfortable with both digital and on-ground marketing: can run an ad account and also walk an apartment complex.
- Strong content sense: can brief or make reels, write copy and judge design.
- Data habit: spreadsheets, dashboards, funnel thinking.
- English and Malayalam fluent; Hindi or Arabic a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field (MBA preferred, not required).
Nice to have
- Hospitality marketing, including OTA management.
- Experience with GCC markets.
- App marketing: store listings, install campaigns.
- WhatsApp Business tools, CRM, Google Analytics, Canva/CapCut/Adobe, AI content tools.
- Has run marketing for more than one business at once.
Traits
- Owner mindset: acts like the sales number is theirs.
- Moves fast with small budgets and tests before scaling.
- Organised enough to run several brands without letting one drop.
What we offer and how to apply
- Direct line to the founder and real ownership of growth across several businesses.
- Fixed salary plus performance incentive tied to sales targets.
- Travel across Kerala and the GCC.
- Room to grow into a Head of Marketing role as the group expands.
To apply, send your CV and one example of a campaign you ran (spend, results, what you learned).
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
