Key Responsibilities
* Manage end\-to\-end monthly payroll processing for 1,200–1,500 employees.
* Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and other payroll components.
* Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and other applicable regulations.
* Maintain accurate employee payroll data, salary structures, and payroll records.
* Ensure compliance with applicable central and state labour laws.
* Coordinate payroll audits and provide required information to internal and external auditors.
* Prepare payroll MIS, reports, reconciliation statements, and payroll cost analysis.
* Track and implement applicable government schemes, labour reforms, and statutory updates.
* Manage Full \& Final Settlements, gratuity, bonus payments, and leave encashment.
* Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll processing and related matters.
* Address and resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, and statutory contributions.
Required Skills \& Competencies
* Strong knowledge of payroll processing, HRMS, and payroll software.
* Good understanding of statutory compliances and labour laws.
* Knowledge of PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity benefits, wage\-related regulations, and applicable government schemes.
* Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information with integrity.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage high\-volume payroll operations within timelines.
Qualification \& Experience
* 1–2 years of relevant payroll experience.
* Hands\-on experience managing payroll for 1,200–1,500 employees is mandatory.
* Experience with HRMS/payroll software will be preferred.
* Additional certification in Payroll, Labour Laws, or statutory compliance will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
