**Telecaller – Sales** We are looking for an enthusiastic and target\-oriented **Telecaller – Sales** to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. * Introduce and explain products/services to potential customers. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. * Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through telecalling. * Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales. * Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospective customers. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Handle customer questions and provide accurate product/service information. * Maintain customer details, call records, leads, and follow\-up status. * Coordinate with the sales team for appointments, demonstrations, and order processing. * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. * Handle customer objections professionally and work toward successful conversion. * Provide regular reports on calls, leads, follow\-ups, and sales performance. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * 10th pass or Graduate in any discipline. * 0\.6 months – 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer service. * Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply. * Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of MS Office * Strong convincing and negotiation skills. * Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets. * Ability to handle customer objections and rejection professionally. * Good follow\-up and relationship\-building skills. * Knowledge of English and local/regional languages is an advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Number of calls made. * Qualified leads generated. * Follow\-up effectiveness. * Lead\-to\-sale conversion rate. * Monthly sales achieved. * Customer satisfaction and retention.
