About the Role

We are hiring a Video Editor to join our team. The work is mainly short form video for social media, including reels, talking head videos with motion graphics, and service, lifestyle and product content, along with occasional long form videos. You will own the video output for a set of clients and take projects from raw footage to final files, working directly with the Creative Head and alongside our videographer.

Key Responsibilities

• Editing short form video for Instagram and other social platforms, at a steady weekly output
• Creating talking head videos with motion graphics, captions and text animation
• Editing service, lifestyle and product reels that match each client's brand style
• Editing occasional long form videos, keeping the story clear and the pacing engaging throughout
• Colour grading log footage, sound cleanup and music selection
• Keeping footage, project files and templates organised for each client
• Handling client revisions and delivering on time
• Contributing to our own rebranding, including video content for our channels

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of professional video editing experience, ideally with short form social content
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Strong motion graphics skills, with at least one or two pieces in your showreel built from scratch by you, not from templates
• A good sense of pacing, hooks and what keeps people watching on Instagram
• Confident colour grading of log footage (shot on a Sony mirrorless camera, mostly S-Log)
• Ability to handle several clients at once and keep to deadlines without being chased
• Nice to have: DaVinci Resolve

Additional Information

• Working days: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a lunch break from 1:00 to 2:00 PM
