**Key Responsibilities** * Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network\-related issues * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications * Assist users with day\-to\-day IT queries and ensure timely resolution * Support basic network infrastructure and connectivity issues * Coordinate with vendors or senior IT team members for escalations * IT support to be provided to all Kerala Resorts of Karma Group.
