**Position: Mechanical Design Engineer** We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Mechanical Design Engineer** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **SPM (Special Purpose Machines)** design, CAD tools, and reverse engineering, along with leadership capabilities to manage a team and project execution. **Educational Qualification** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering** (Mandatory) **Experience Required** * **3 to 5 years** of relevant industry experience **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop mechanical systems and components using **SolidWorks and CAD software** * Work on **SPM machine design and development** * Perform **reverse engineering** of mechanical assemblies and components * Prepare detailed **2D/3D drawings, layouts, and BOMs** * Coordinate with production and project teams for smooth execution * Lead and manage the engineering/design team * Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities * Visit project sites whenever required **Required Skills** * Strong hands\-on experience in **SolidWorks** * Excellent command of **CAD designing** * Mandatory experience in **SPM (Special Purpose Machine)** * Experience in **reverse engineering** * Strong team handling and leadership skills * Good problem\-solving and project coordination abilities * Willingness to travel for work and project requirements **Preferred Candidate Profile** * Candidates with **immediate joining** or **maximum 15 days notice period** will be preferred * Strong communication and team management skills * Flexible and project\-oriented mindset **Why Join Us?** * Opportunity to work on advanced industrial automation and SPM projects * Career growth in a dynamic engineering environment * Leadership role with project exposure Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Food provided * Health insurance * Paid sick time * Provident Fund Work Location: In person
