**Designation : Senior Analyst \- Data Science** **Level : L2** **Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu , India.** **Experience : 4 to 6 years** **Job Role** : We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist (4–8 years) with a strong foundation in Machine Learning and emerging Agentic AI techniques to design, build, and deploy intelligent solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), primarily supporting the Manufacturing domain. This role is centered on hands\-on model development — from experimentation to production deployment — using Python and Vertex AI, along with building autonomous agent\-based automation to enhance decision\-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is passionate about applied AI, comfortable working across the full ML lifecycle, and driven to translate complex data into intelligent, actionable outcomes. **Responsibilities** : Design, build, train, and validate machine learning models to solve business problems across the Manufacturing domain — anomaly detection, classification, and optimization use cases. Design and develop Agentic AI solutions — autonomous agents capable of reasoning, decision\-making, and task execution — to automate analytical workflows and business processes. Use Vertex AI and GCP Workbench for end\-to\-end model experimentation, training, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation, following best practices for reproducibility. Build Python\-based ML pipelines and productionize models with strong CI/CD and version control (Git) practices for reliable, repeatable deployment. Perform feature engineering, statistical analysis, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and drive model design decisions. Monitor deployed models and agentic workflows (via Cloud Run or similar) for performance, drift, and failures; retrain and redeploy as needed. Stay current with advances in ML, Agentic AI, and LLM\-based systems, and evaluate their applicability to Manufacturing use cases.
