Our team includes Occupational Therapists, Special Educators and Behaviour Therapists, and we work collaboratively to provide individualized intervention plans for children and their families. Role \& Responsibilities We are looking for a passionate and committed Speech\-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric team. The role will involve: * Conducting speech and language assessments for children. * Providing individualized speech, language and communication therapy. * Working with children with speech delay, language delay, autism, developmental delays, articulation difficulties, apraxia and other communication needs. * Developing individualized therapy goals and intervention plans. * Conducting regular therapy sessions and documenting progress. * Working on receptive and expressive language, articulation, vocabulary, sentence formation, social communication and functional communication. * Using play\-based and child\-friendly therapy approaches. * Providing appropriate home programs and recommendations to parents. * Maintaining session notes, assessment reports and progress documentation. * Communicating regularly with parents regarding the child’s progress and therapy goals. * Collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Special Educators and Behaviour Therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Participating in case discussions and team meetings when required. * Maintaining professional and ethical standards in clinical practice. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech\-Language Pathology / Speech and Hearing (BASLP / MASLP or equivalent). * Valid professional registration, wherever applicable. * Experience working with pediatric clients is preferred. * Freshers with good clinical knowledge and a strong interest in pediatric therapy are also welcome to apply. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Patient, compassionate and child\-friendly approach. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * Good documentation and parent communication skills.
