Find your fit — and your future **Introduction** As an Engineer II, Endpoint at Levi Strauss \& Co., you will provide hands\-on Microsoft Intune engineering and endpoint security operations. You will package and deploy applications, manage patching and configuration, monitor deployment health and compliance, resolve complex escalations, and automate recurring support work. This role reports to the Director of Engineering, Endpoint **About the Job** * Package, test, deploy, maintain, and retire endpoint applications using established engineering, release, and change\-management standards. * Manage operating system and application patching across supported Windows and macOS endpoints and monitor deployment health and failures. * Maintain Intune enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, endpoint security controls, encryption, and vulnerability remediation activities. * Troubleshoot complex endpoint, operating system, application, device management, and compliance issues escalated by Service Desk and Deskside teams. * Document solutions, identify root causes, create PowerShell or remediation scripts, and automate recurring operational work within approved architecture and security guardrails. **About You** * 5\+ years of experience in IT support, including 2\+ years of hands\-on Intune engineering or advanced endpoint administration. * Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Experience with application packaging, deployment, operating system and application patching, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint troubleshooting. * Strong Windows knowledge, working knowledge of macOS management, and PowerShell or similar scripting experience preferred. * Demonstrated success improving endpoint compliance, security posture, deployment reliability, device health, root\-cause resolution, and technical documentation. * Solid understanding of agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines. **LOCATION** ------------ Bengaluru, India**FULL TIME/PART TIME** ----------------------- Full time**Current LS\&Co Employees, apply via your Workday account.** -------------------------------------------------------------
