Key Responsibilities * **Quality Management:** Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure reliable diagnostic results and compliance with ISO/IEC 15189 standards. * **Collection\-Centre Operations:** Oversee day\-to\-day activities at sample collection facilities, managing sample integrity, logistics, turnaround times (TAT), and inventory. * **NABL Compliance:** Prepare labs and collection units for NABL audits, manage documentation, and handle corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * **Phlebotomist Training:** Train and mentor collection staff on proper venipuncture techniques, patient care, safety protocols, and biomedical waste disposal. * **Centre Audits:** Conduct routine internal audits across various collection sites to spot errors, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain audit readiness. * **Team Handling:** Lead, guide, and evaluate phlebotomists and support teams to foster a strong workplace culture of quality and accountability.
