We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with proven expertise in hiring for SAP and other critical IT positions .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP and other critical IT positions.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle niche and senior-level IT hiring requirements.
• Coordinate technical interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate onboarding.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in hiring for SAP and other critical IT positions is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and ensure timely closures.
