As an emerging organization, we are building a dynamic team dedicated to improving women's health, hygiene, and accessibility through innovative products and services. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end\-to\-end **recruitment** and onboarding processes for salon and support staff. * Oversee **payroll management**, attendance, and leave records. * Ensure **compliance** with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). * Handle **employee relations**, performance management, and disciplinary actions. * Implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive workplace. * Support management in manpower planning, retention strategies, and employee engagement. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3\+**years above of experience** in HR management, preferably in the service or retail sector. * Strong understanding of **Labour Law**, payroll systems, and HR compliance. * Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. * Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools. * Fluency in Hindi (Mandatory) * Fluency in English and Malayalam (Mandatory) * Willingness to travel **Benefits:** * Competitive salary (up to ₹25,000/month) * Professional work environment * Opportunity to grow with a fast\-developing salon brand Job Type: Full\-time Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
