Job Summary We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our team for International Voice and Non-Voice Processes. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries through voice calls, email, and chat, depending on the assigned process.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Document customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of queries.

Required Skills Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in an international voice or non-voice process.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good customer-handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Ability to work from the office in Hitech City, Hyderabad.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
