We are looking for a **dynamic Marketing Executive / Public Relations Officer (PRO)** who can build strong professional relationships within the healthcare community and actively develop referral and outreach opportunities for our hospital. Key Responsibilities **1\. Doctor \& Referral Network Development** * Visit and build professional relationships with **Ophthalmologists, General Practitioners, Physicians and other doctors**. * Meet **pharmacists, opticians and optical store owners** to introduce and explain the services available at Madurai Eye Center. * Develop and maintain a strong, consistent **referral network**. * Regularly follow up with referral partners and maintain healthy professional relationships. * Present Madurai Eye Center’s clinical services, facilities and specialty services to doctors and healthcare professionals. **2\. Corporate \& Institutional Outreach** * Identify and approach **schools, colleges, corporate offices and other institutions** for eye screening programs. * Coordinate and organize **eye screening camps and awareness programs**. * Develop relationships with HR teams, administrative teams, educational institutions and corporate decision\-makers. * Generate opportunities for regular institutional eye\-care programs. **3\. Lead Generation \& Business Development** * Generate leads for **OPD consultations, diagnostic services and surgical procedures** across both branches. * Identify new referral and outreach opportunities in the local area. * Follow up on leads generated through camps, corporate programs, doctors, opticians and other referral channels. * Work towards establishing a **regular and sustainable referral flow** for Madurai Eye Center. **4\. Field Visits \& Reporting** * Conduct regular field visits to doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, opticals, corporates, schools and colleges. * Maintain detailed daily records of: * Doctors and referral partners visited * Institutions contacted * Leads generated * Camps planned/organized * Follow\-ups completed * Referral opportunities * Submit daily/weekly activity reports to the management. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is: * Confident and comfortable with **field work and face\-to\-face interaction**. * Excellent at building and maintaining professional relationships. * Good at communication, presentation and negotiation. * Proactive in identifying new business and referral opportunities. * Comfortable meeting **doctors, pharmacists, opticians, corporate representatives and institutional heads**. * Organized and disciplined with follow\-ups and reporting. * Target\-oriented while maintaining professional relationships. Experience Preferred **Candidates with experience in healthcare marketing, hospital marketing, medical representative roles, PRO, business development or healthcare sales will be preferred.** **Experience in an eye hospital / ophthalmology / optical industry will be given first preference.** Candidates with an existing network among **doctors, opticians, corporates, schools or colleges in Coimbatore** will have an added advantage.
