WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 2–4 years of relevant experience in Social Media, Content, Digital Marketing or a similar role. Strong passion for skincare, beauty, wellness and consumer brands. * Hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in D2C, beauty, skincare, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG. Experience working with marketing/media agencies is a plus. * Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms, formats and content trends. Excellent copywriting, communication and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for what works on social. * Good understanding of Google Analytics, web analytics and social media performance metrics. Working knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing fundamentals. * Strong influencer management skills, including creator identification, negotiation, briefing, execution and performance tracking. Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, PR and communications teams. * Highly proactive, organised, trend-aware and comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C environment.
