**Site Engineer** **Department:** Structural Engineering / Project Management **Reporting To:** Project Manager / Structural Design Head **Location:** Project Sites / Office **Experience:** 2–5 Years **Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering 1\. Job Purpose The Site Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the structural execution of projects at site in accordance with approved structural drawings, specifications, design requirements, and applicable Indian Standards. The role acts as a key link between the **structural design team, client, architect, contractor and site execution team**, ensuring that structural works are executed correctly and that site\-related technical issues are communicated and resolved promptly. 2\. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Structural Execution Monitoring * Review and understand structural drawings, details, specifications and revisions before site execution. * Monitor RCC and structural steel works with respect to approved structural drawings. * Check reinforcement, formwork, embedments, dimensions, levels and structural member locations. * Verify column, beam, slab, footing, pile cap, staircase, retaining wall and other structural elements before concreting. * Monitor structural steel erection, connections, bracing, welding/bolting and member alignment where applicable. * Ensure that structural work is executed as per approved drawings and design intent.
