We are looking for a nurturing, creative, and enthusiastic **Pre\-Primary Teacher** to join our early years team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with young children and skilled in creating a joyful, safe, and engaging learning environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle Pre\-Primary classes (Nursery, Jr. KG, Sr. KG).
- Plan and conduct age\-appropriate, play\-based and activity\-based learning sessions.
- Develop foundational skills in language, numeracy, motor skills, and social development.
- Create a warm, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Use storytelling, rhymes, games, and creative activities for effective learning.
- Monitor and record students’ progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student development.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and well\-being of children at all times.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and training programs.
- Maintain records and documentation as required.
**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Minimum Qualification:** Graduation in Early Childhood Education / Child Development / Psychology or related field \+ D.El.Ed / ECCE / Montessori Certification
- **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school (Pre\-Primary level preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a child\-friendly approach
- Knowledge of modern early childhood teaching methodologies
