We’re looking for an experienced **Team Leader – OTR \& Drayage** to join our growing **US Freight Brokerage** team.

**Key Responsibilities**

✅ Lead and manage the OTR \& Drayage operations team. ✅ Oversee daily loads, dispatch coordination, and carrier management. ✅ Build and maintain strong carrier and customer relationships. ✅ Monitor team performance, productivity, and KPIs. ✅ Handle escalations and ensure smooth shipment execution. ✅ Negotiate rates and drive profitable load movement. ✅ Train, mentor, and support team members. ✅ Ensure compliance with company processes and brokerage standards.

**Requirements**

✅ **4–5\+ years of experience** in US Freight Brokerage. ✅ Strong hands\-on experience in **OTR \& Drayage**. ✅ Previous **Team Lead experience** preferred. ✅ Excellent knowledge of US trucking and freight operations. ✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills. ✅ Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast\-paced environment.
