RM – Dealing \| Equity Dealer **Locations:** Delhi – CP \| Delhi – Moti Nagar \| Lucknow \| Indore **Experience:** Relevant Equity / F\&O Dealing experience **Certification:** NISM certification mandatory **Employment Type:** Full\-time Job Responsibilities * Manage and engage with assigned clients * Share relevant market updates and equity\-related information * Understand client investment requirements and risk profiles * Execute client orders accurately through trading terminals * Handle trades across Equity, F\&O and Currency segments * Acquire new clients and support account activation * Reactivate dormant accounts and increase client activity * Achieve monthly and quarterly brokerage/revenue targets * Increase trading activity and client engagement * Cross\-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, Fixed Deposits and Insurance * Promote Margin Trading Facility (MTF) to eligible clients * Ensure operational accuracy and timely trade settlements * Follow applicable regulatory, exchange and internal compliance requirements Requirements * Relevant experience in Equity / F\&O Dealing * Valid NISM certification * Experience with trading terminals and order execution * Good understanding of Equity and F\&O markets * Client handling and relationship management experience * Brokerage/revenue target experience preferred * Stable employment history preferred, with approximately 2\+ years in the last organization * Good performance track record preferred Interested candidates can apply on Indeed or WhatsApp their CV now: **\+91 89833 11444** Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Leave encashment * Life insurance * Paid time off * Provident Fund Work Location: In person
