**Job Title**: Mechanical Design Engineer Multispan is into manufacturing of Industrial Automation products based in Ahmedabad, India since 1986 Multispan has wide spread presence with is product 3 million plus Installations across India \& abroad. **Job Location**: Ahmedabad **Qualification**: B.E. Mechanical Engineer **Experience**: 1 to 3 year **Responsibilities** * Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products. * Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of new designs. * Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration. * Perform engineering calculations to support design work. * Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software. * Collaborate with multi\-disciplinary electronic design teams, and work with vendors and contractors for timely delivery. * Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process. * Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget. * Requirements Firm grasp of mechanical concepts, and experience designing mechanical enclosures. * Excellent heat dissipation knowledge: ability to apply advanced metallurgy and alloy principles. * Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar. * Exceptional technical and problem\-solving skills and reasoning ability. * Plan injection moulding shift planning as per production requirements. * Should be able to co\-work with mould manufacturing for solving sink marks, mould flow marks, material flow analysis and avoid Deburring post processing.
