New Careers Academy is hiring Admissions Counsellors to guide students and parents interested in NDA, CDS, AFCAT, CAPF and SSB preparation.
We seek confident, approachable candidates with strong communication skills who can understand students’ needs and explain suitable courses clearly.
Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-in visits.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, preparation plans, eligibility, fees and batch schedules.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist with admissions.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records and follow-up updates.
- Coordinate with faculty and administration for demos and student onboarding.
- Build positive relationships through honest guidance and responsive support.
Preferred qualifications and skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in admissions counselling, education sales or customer service.
- Good spoken and written Hindi and English; Punjabi would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with defence examinations and coaching programmes.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using spreadsheets or CRM software.
- Strong listening, organisation and follow-up skills.
