The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer engagement, lead conversion, and business development activities through tele calling. This is an **office\-based role with no field work involved**. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. * Engage with prospective customers and explain company products and services. * Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication and follow\-ups. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Maintain customer interaction records and update CRM systems regularly. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support. * Achieve monthly lead conversion and business development targets. Candidate Requirements * Fluency in **Malayalam**/**Tamil / Kannada is mandatory**. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience in telecalling, customer relationship management, telesales, or business development is preferred. * Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications. * Ability to work in a target\-oriented environment. * Immediate joiners will be given preference. Preferred Experience * Minimum **1\-3 years of experience** in telecalling, customer support, customer relationship management, or sales\-related roles. * Freshers with excellent Tamil or Kannada communication skills may also be considered.
