Job Description
Performs a wide variety of electronic, electro\-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub\-assemblies. Fits, aligns, calibrates and adjusts parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements; repairs units or products that have failed to meet requirements. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
**Job Summary**
The Production Associate 2 is responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro\-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub\-assemblies. This position works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**
* Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.
* Makes set\-ups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
* Other duties may be assigned as required.
**Education and Experience Requirements**
* Requires some production experience.
* Simple oral communication skills, visual acuity and manual dexterity.
* Successful completion of company’s on\-the\-job training or probationary program.

The noise level is usually moderate.
