**URGENT HIRING \|\| SUPPLY CHAIN \& VENDOR MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE \|\| BENGALURU** Location: Bengaluru Experience: 3–4 Years Ctc Range\-upto 5 LPA to 7 LPA Industry: Construction Employment Type: Full\-Time About the Role We are looking for a Supply Chain \& Vendor Management Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for procurement coordination, vendor management, material planning, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services for ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers. * Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and reliability. * Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms. * Coordinate the procurement and timely delivery of construction materials, equipment, and other requirements. * Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, stock availability, and pending requirements. * Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify new vendors when required. * Coordinate with project, engineering, accounts, and other internal teams to understand material and service requirements. * Track material requirements and ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays. * Verify vendor invoices, delivery documents, quotations, and related records. * Maintain proper documentation of vendor details, purchase orders, quotations, and transactions. * Monitor vendor performance and address issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing. * Ensure procurement activities are carried out within approved budgets and timelines. * Support management in developing and maintaining an efficient vendor and procurement network. Requirements * 3–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, purchase, or vendor management. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry is mandatory. * Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes. * Strong vendor negotiation and relationship\-management skills. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple vendors and requirements simultaneously. * Strong follow\-up, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Excel and basic procurement documentation. * Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
