**Ornate Inc. is looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented Draughtsman to join our team at our Mohali, Punjab workshop.** **The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate fabrication/shop drawings, 2D drawings, 3D models, BOMs and CNC/laser cutting drawings for architectural metalwork and custom fabrication projects.** Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed 2D fabrication and shop drawings * Create 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks * Prepare detailed fabrication drawings for manufacturing * Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials) and cutting lists * Prepare CNC and laser cutting drawings * Develop drawings for gates, railings, staircases, architectural metalwork and other fabricated components * Understand fabrication methods, welding, sections, plates, pipes, tubes and hardware * Coordinate with the production/factory team to resolve drawing and fabrication issues * Take and interpret site measurements when required * Make revisions based on site conditions and production requirements * Ensure drawings are accurate, practical and suitable for manufacturing Required Skills * Good knowledge of SolidWorks * Knowledge of AutoCAD * Understanding of MS/SS fabrication and welding * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings * Knowledge of fabrication processes and materials * Good understanding of dimensions, tolerances and detailing * Ability to prepare accurate BOMs and cutting lists * Good attention to detail Qualification \& Experience * Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting or a related field * 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred * Freshers with strong SolidWorks and fabrication knowledge may also be considered Job Details Job Type: Full\-time Location: Mohali, Punjab Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience Why Join Ornate Inc.? * Work on high\-end architectural metalwork projects * Exposure to real\-world fabrication, design and manufacturing * Develop expertise in 3D modelling, fabrication detailing and CNC/laser production * Opportunity for professional growth within a growing architectural metal fabrication company How to Apply Please apply through Indeed with your updated CV.
