**Company: PixellEnergy Solutions Pvt Ltd** Location: Maradu, Kochi, Kerala Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Experience: Minimum 5 years in project coordination / project handling (mandatory) **About us** PixellEnergy Solutions Pvt Ltd builds and operates EV charging stations across South India and is setting up a logistics operation for EV charger movement. Our projects cover civil works, electrical works, charger installation and commissioning. **Role summary** We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to run our EV charging station and logistics projects from start to handover. You will coordinate vendors, contractors and our internal team, and make sure every project is completed on time and to standard. **Key responsibilities** * Plan and track each project's schedule, from site handover to commissioning * Coordinate civil contractors, electrical contractors, charger suppliers and logistics vendors * Follow up daily with vendors and contractors so materials, manpower and work stay on schedule * Track progress on site and flag delays early, with a plan to recover lost time * Coordinate the movement and delivery of chargers and equipment to sites * Keep project documents up to date: work orders, progress reports, material tracking and completion records * Support electrical approvals, inspections and handover paperwork * Send regular progress reports to management * Travel to project sites as needed **Requirements** * At least 5 years of experience handling projects (mandatory) * Experience in civil, electrical, infrastructure, construction or logistics projects * Proven ability to manage several vendors and contractors at once and meet deadlines * Good follow\-up, communication and problem\-solving skills * Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting * Willingness to travel to sites **Languages** * English and Malayalam (required) * Hindi (preferred) **Preferred** * Experience with EV charging, solar, power distribution or telecom site rollouts * Diploma or degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering * Own two\-wheeler and a valid driving licence **How to apply:** Apply through Indeed with your updated CV and current / expected salary.
