Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Media Monitoring Executive for our Punjab Election project. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in political media monitoring or a political campaign environment.

Candidates without political domain experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor political news across TV, newspapers, websites, YouTube, and social media platforms.
• Track daily political developments, statements, speeches, campaigns, and trending topics.
• Identify relevant news and content related to Punjab politics and election activities.
• Prepare and share regular media monitoring updates with the team.
• Monitor competitors, political leaders, parties, and key election-related developments.
• Quickly identify important or breaking news for the content team.
• Maintain daily reports and records of relevant media coverage.
• Coordinate with the content and social media teams for timely content creation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in political media monitoring.
• Prior experience working on a political campaign/election project is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Punjab's political and media landscape.
• Good understanding of social media, news platforms, and digital media.
• Strong research and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-moving election-related updates.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required during the election campaign.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month, depending on previous salary, experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹54,000.00 per month
