Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Manage inbound customer inquiries and conduct outbound promotional or follow\-up calls. Multilingual Communication: Primary communication in Tamil, switching seamlessly to Telugu based on customer preference and requirements. Lead Follow\-Up: Consistently follow up with leads and maintain prospective client relationships. Record Management: Log details of all calls, customer queries, and feedback systematically in standard database systems. Target Achievement: Work proactively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
