This role is ideal for a hands\-on content professional who can independently take an idea from concept to execution, create compelling content across platforms, and use performance insights to continuously improve the content strategy. We are looking for someone who understands that successful social media is not just about creating content, but about building a strong brand presence, engaging the right audience, and delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute comprehensive content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. * Independently conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short\-form video content, including Reels and YouTube Shorts. * Take complete ownership of the content creation process, from ideation and production to publishing and performance analysis. * Create engaging visual content using Canva or other design and editing tools. * Write compelling captions, social media copy, scripts, hooks, and content briefs aligned with brand objectives. * Monitor key performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and overall content performance. * Analyse social media data and use insights to optimise content strategy and improve results. * Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform developments, algorithm changes, and new content formats. * Manage community engagement, including comments, direct messages, and overall online brand interactions. * Support influencer and creator collaborations when required. * Experiment with new content formats, creative concepts, and storytelling approaches to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement. Required Experience and Skills * Minimum **3 years of relevant experience** in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a related role. * Demonstrated experience in building social media presence, improving engagement, and delivering measurable content growth. * Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant social platforms. * Hands\-on experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, Canva, or equivalent tools. * Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to develop original content ideas independently. * Ability to work beyond predefined templates and adapt content styles based on different audiences, objectives, and platforms. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics. * Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
