Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Service Executive who has completed a Hotel Management (HM) degree/diploma. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, handling guest requirements, maintaining service standards, and supporting smooth restaurant and banquet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel and restaurant standards.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, specials, and beverages to guests when required.
- Set up and clear tables, side stations, and service areas.
- Ensure proper presentation of food, beverages, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and other departments for smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the restaurant and service areas.
- Follow standard operating procedures and food safety guidelines.
- Assist with buffet setup, banquet functions, conferences, and special events.
- Handle billing and POS operations accurately when required.
- Promote additional menu items, beverages, and special offers through appropriate upselling.
- Check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain proper stock of service items and report shortages or damages.
- Assist senior F&B staff with daily operational activities.
- Follow grooming, punctuality, discipline, and professional service standards.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management (HM), Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
- Good knowledge of basic food and beverage service procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork.
