Project Planning \& Execution** \* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. \* Develop full\-scale project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. \* Coordinate the deployment of field inspectors, technicians, and specialized equipment to various sites. **2\. Client \& Stakeholder Management** \* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates and addressing technical concerns. \* Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication. \* Negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and handle project closures. **3\. Quality \& Safety Compliance (HSE)** \* Ensure all inspection activities adhere to ISO, ASTM or other relevant industry standards. \* Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols on\-site to maintain a zero\-incident culture. \* Review technical documentation before delivery to the client. **4\. Financial Oversight** \* Track project budgets, monitor "burn rates," and ensure projects remain profitable. \* Manage invoicing schedules and oversee procurement for project\-specific consumables or rentals.
