Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming wedding photography inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email. * Follow up with leads and schedule client meetings. * Present photography packages and explain services professionally. * Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages. * Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. * Maintain client records and sales pipeline. * Coordinate with the creative team to ensure smooth client onboarding. * Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, and event professionals. * Achieve monthly sales and booking targets. Requirements * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Experience in sales, customer service, or wedding/event industry preferred. * Confident in client meetings and presentations. * Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Business, and social media. * Positive attitude and target\-oriented mindset.
