Job Opening – Regional Marketing Assistant Manager (North India) Location: Delhi / Lucknow / Jaipur / Other Northern Region Locations Department: Marketing Industry: Electrical Manufacturing Experience: 5–10 years We are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Assistant Manager to handle our marketing activities and customer relationships across the Northern Region of India. About Us: We are a manufacturer of Electrical Substation Insulators up to 765 kV rating, with approvals from various State Electricity Boards, RDSO and PGCIL. Our manufacturing facility is located in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities Regularly visit and follow up with customers across the Northern Region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with State Electricity Boards, Utilities, EPC companies, PGCIL, RDSO and other electrical industry customers. Understand customer requirements and identify new business opportunities. Follow up on enquiries, quotations and commercial discussions. Take responsibility for order finalization and order execution support in coordination with the factory. Follow up with customers regarding technical approvals, inspections, dispatches and payments. Participate in State Board / Utility tenders and coordinate tender\-related activities with the factory team. Monitor competitors, market developments and upcoming projects in the Northern Region. Provide regular market updates, customer visit reports and order status to management. Candidate Profile 5–10 years of relevant experience in Marketing / Sales in the Electrical Manufacturing / Power Transmission \& Distribution industry. Experience in Electrical Insulators, Substation Equipment, T\&D Products, Switchyard Equipment or related products will be preferred. Good understanding of State Electricity Board, PGCIL and RDSO requirements and tender procedures. Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the Northern Region. Good communication, follow\-up and coordination skills. Ability to independently handle customer meetings, order follow\-ups and business development activities.
