M/s **SOLUTIONS INFOTECH** is an IT service provider company engaged in providing **IT, Computer, Networking and LAN\-related support services** to customers.

We are looking for a **Local IT Support Engineer / Technician** for customer\-end support.

**Job Responsibilities**

• Provide **local IT and LAN support** at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer, networking and LAN\-related problems.
• Regular customer\-end visits as required.
• The candidate should preferably be based **in or near Kanchrapara**.
• The position involves **local support work**, so frequent travel to distant locations will generally not be required.
• Materials may need to be collected from **Chandni Chowk, Kolkata**, approximately **2 days per week**.

**Travel / Conveyance**

• Actual local conveyance expenses for travelling to Chandni Chowk for official material collection will be provided separately.
• Applicable expenses may include **Bus Fare, Metro Fare, Auto/Local Transport Fare, etc.**, as per company policy.
• **Urgent material collection may occasionally be required within 1 working day.**

**Preference**

**Candidates residing in Kanchrapara or nearby areas will be given preference.**
