Not someone who demos software. Someone who solves a factory owner’s problem.

A Vadodara manufacturer doesn’t wake up wanting an ERP.

He wakes up to a dispatch stuck because one part is short.

Stock the store can’t find. Quotes that go out late.

Cash locked in material nobody tracks. That is the pain he pays to fix.

The person we want:

• Meets the owner, not just the accounts clerk
• Walks his floor and works out the problem in his words
• Owns the outcome until the problem is gone, from first meeting to go-live
• Listens, asks, and closes

You don’t need to know TranZact today. You need curiosity about how factories run, and the discipline to follow up.

You’ll work with TallyPower (35+ years, 20,000+ clients in Gujarat) and sell TranZact’s AI-run factory platform to manufacturers in Vadodara and around.

Based in Vadodara. Fresher with strong aptitude, or 1-5 years in B2B/B2B/software/industrial sales.
