**Location:** Kozhikode, Kerala **Employment Type:** Full\-time ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for **Audit \& Accounts professionals at Senior and Junior levels** to join our Kozhikode delivery team. The role involves working on audit assignments, accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, documentation, and related client deliverables. Senior candidates will be expected to take ownership of assignments and guide junior team members, while junior candidates will work closely with the team to develop their technical and professional skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute and assist with **audit and accounting assignments** based on experience and role level. * Prepare and review financial statements, schedules, reconciliations, and audit working papers. * Perform audit procedures, verification, and analytical review. * Ensure assignments are completed accurately and within agreed timelines. * Identify accounting issues, discrepancies, and areas requiring further review. * Support financial reporting and other client deliverables. * **Senior level:** Independently handle audit assignments and lead/guide junior team members. * **Senior level:** Review work prepared by junior team members and ensure quality and timely delivery. * **Junior level:** Assist seniors with audit procedures, documentation, reconciliations, and accounting activities. * Maintain proper documentation and follow standardised work processes. * Communicate effectively with team members and, where required, with clients and the Dubai team. * Use modern accounting, data, automation, and AI\-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality. QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE * **Senior:** Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Audit \& Accounts. Also Articleship experience is mandatory for senior level. * **Junior:** Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply. * Candidates pursuing **CA, ACCA, CMA, or other professional courses** are welcome. * Articleship experience will be an advantage for junior candidates. * Relevant audit/accounts experience will be an added advantage. * Good understanding of accounting and auditing principles. * Good analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Candidates **settled in or around Kozhikode** are preferred. TOOLS \& WORKING STYLE Experience with **Advanced Excel, accounting software, ERP systems, Power BI, or AI\-assisted tools** will be an advantage.
