**Primary Functions \& Responsibilities:** * Lead and execute program workstreams efficiently in the designated area. * Ensure all field activities align with quality benchmarks and compliance requirements. * Conduct regular monitoring of program implementation and report key observations. * Identify challenges in field operations and propose solutions to enhance program effectiveness. * Provide hands\-on support in capacity\-building initiatives for field teams. * Assist the Manager in executing additional activities and strategic field level initiatives. * Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of field operations and program progress. * Collaborate with stakeholders and partner organizations to drive improvements in program delivery. * Developing and maintaining SOPs, process maps, and other process documentation. * Coordinating with cross\-functional teams to pilot, implement, and institutionalize process improvements. * Supporting teams in the adoption of new systems, processes, and tools through effective communication and change management across projects. **Basic Qualifications:** * **Required Languages:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. * Bachelor's degree in Dairy, or a related field. * 4\-7 years of experience in program execution, field operations, or dairy development projects. * Strong leadership and project management skills. * Excellent knowledge of field compliance, governance, and quality standards. * Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting. * Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. **Travel:** Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area**.** **Location: UP (Meerut and nearby districts)**
