ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an SEO Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Trivandrum. The candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, rankings, and qualified traffic for client websites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and map keywords to relevant pages and content.
• Perform on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO activities.
• Conduct SEO audits to identify technical, content, and structural issues.
• Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, content, and internal links.
• Plan and implement ethical link-building strategies.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Conduct competitor and backlink analysis.
• Use SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and content creators to implement SEO recommendations.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

QUALIFICATION

• 1–3 years of proven hands-on experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO ranking factors.
• Practical experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
• Good understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A degree or certification in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
