We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Canada & LATAM Recruiter to join our recruitment team at Tekshapers Software Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for

Canada and LATAM requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Canada and LATAM recruitment markets.
• Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
