Key Responsibilities

1. CSR Fundraising

• Identify and approach potential CSR companies, foundations and corporate donors.
• Develop a strong CSR prospect pipeline and maintain a fundraising database.
• Research CSR priorities, annual reports, CSR policies and funding opportunities of companies.
• Prepare and submit CSR proposals, concept notes, DPRs, budgets and presentations.
• Develop customised proposals based on corporate CSR priorities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual fundraising targets.

2. Corporate Partnerships

• Build relationships with CSR Heads, HR Heads, Sustainability Teams, Corporate Foundations and senior management.
• Arrange corporate meetings, presentations and site visits.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships rather than one-time donations.
• Negotiate partnership scope, budgets, deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate MoUs, agreements and CSR documentation.

3. Grant Management & Reporting

• Coordinate with programme and finance teams for timely CSR reporting.
• Ensure submission of utilisation certificates, impact reports, financial reports and project updates.
• Track CSR project milestones, budgets and deliverables.
• Prepare donor updates, success stories, impact presentations and annual reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of all CSR partnerships.

4. Donor & Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with existing CSR partners and donors.
• Develop donor retention and renewal strategies.
• Organise donor visits, project visits and impact-sharing meetings.
• Build a network of corporate leaders, philanthropists and institutional partners.

5. Proposal & Communication

• Prepare professional:
• CSR proposals
• Concept notes
• DPRs
• Pitch decks
• Budget proposals
• Impact reports
• Partnership presentations
• Corporate emails
• Follow-up communications
• Coordinate with the communications team for impact stories, photographs and videos.

6. Research & Business Development

• Track new CSR opportunities across India.
• Identify companies with CSR expenditure relevant to the Foundation’s programmes.
• Monitor CSR portals, corporate websites, tenders, foundations and funding opportunities.
• Develop new fundraising channels and partnership models.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
