Part\-Time Occupational Therapist
**The Unique Mind Clinic** is looking for a compassionate and skilled **Part\-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)** to join our multidisciplinary team and work with children with developmental, sensory, behavioural and functional difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy sessions for children based on their individual needs and goals.
- Work on **fine motor skills, gross motor skills, visual\-motor integration and hand\-eye coordination**.
- Address **sensory processing and sensory regulation** needs.
- Work on **attention, concentration, cognitive and functional skills**.
- Support children in developing **activities of daily living (ADL)** and age\-appropriate independence.
- Plan and implement **individualised therapy activities and intervention programs**.
- Monitor and document the child's progress regularly.
- Coordinate with **parents, psychologists, speech therapists and other professionals** as required.
- Provide parents with appropriate **home\-based activities and guidance**.
- Maintain proper session records, assessments and progress reports.
- Create a safe, engaging and child\-friendly therapy environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in **Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT)**.
- Experience working with children will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A patient, empathetic and child\-friendly approach.
